Attach them to an email, or send a link to the folder they already sit in. There is no upload form on this site and nothing here collects your files: they go straight to us, not through a third service, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a missing feature.

This writes out a tidy version of everything we would otherwise have to ask you, and hands it to your own email program with the address already filled in. Attach the photographs in that email, or paste in a link to the folder.

Everything in writing
There is nothing here to ring, and that is deliberate. Photographs, briefs, quotations and confirmations are all documents; keeping the whole of a job in one written thread means either of us can point at what was actually agreed.
What helps most in a first email
- The photographs themselves, as the original files.
- Which room each frame belongs to.
- Anything that must stay readable in the picture.
- Where the finished files are going: a website, a listing, print.
- Whether more rooms are coming later.
What happens to what you send
Your photographs are opened, looked at and used to write a quotation, and nothing else. They are not published, not passed on, not used as examples and not kept beyond the period stated in the order confirmation. The Privacy Policy sets out what is held, on what basis, for how long and what you can ask us to do about it.
An enquiry costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything. There is a contract only when you have accepted a written quotation and we have sent an order confirmation, as the Terms of Service describe.
